Making a contacts list from Excel

I have a excel format contact list for work with over 100 names and telephone numbers in it. 

 

Putting all these in my phone manually will take an age. Does anyone know is there a way of editing the android contact list on a PC running Windows 7 so I can just import them into my phone in a bunch?
