UK ROM vs US ROM

Now the UK update is out is there any point in me removing the US ROM and swapping it for the UK ROM?

 

Are there any major differences?

Entirely up to you. No major differences.

Any link to the UK firmware atm?.. I don't have the OTA on my Tesco Moto G with sim-unlocked and UK retail firmware flash on it!.. Still says I'm up-to-date!.. :'(

You have to be on the Tesco ROM to get the update at the moment.

Would it be worth me flashing the Tesco 4.3 firmware back on my device and see if I can get the OTA notice?..

Wait a few days. The update is starting to hit retail UK so somebody will share the OTA zip soon.

Or you can flash the tesco rom back to your device. Depends if you can wait or not?
