I use DW Contacts & Phone dialer. After every action the phone asks what use the default. After  upgrade dialer this repeated. This windows a lot of. How do I prevent this from happening, DW used by default and the phone does not ask me anymore. Rom MokeeOS v 1.1 (android 2.3.7)

P.S freezing in Titanium Backup not solved the problem.
