As long as you've NOT installed any of the patches and are still on the original Orange ICS you can root without installing the Xolo ICS rom. Just use the AIO tool. If you HAVE installed any of the patches then you're snookered and can't utilise the Micro SD card slot.

Um, maybe i can get the orange rom(2.3 so, used the official ota to update vision to Ics and not to update for the latest vision? and used the aio tool to download the ics ron is the latest vision? My english is not well ,so thx a lot Sorry, the exploit that was used for root was blocked with the patches (probably the main reason for the patch :( ) so there is no going back. Unless someone wants to prove me wrong?

Last any thx for your help:D Translated from Google My Android version is 4.0.4 with an IFWI version of 05.A5, this is the original Xolo ICS rom. If yours is any later then you are patched and if you try to root or flash ANY rom then YOU WILL BRICK YOUR PHONE. You have been warned, any action you take will be on your own head and absolutely no one will be able to help you.
