Cyanogenmod 11?

I saw that the ZTE Blade III has CM11. Our beloved ZTE Blade has more then enough performance to handle CM11. We need to find a developer to start it. I also would donate if we have a functional CM11 and i think i'm not the only one.

No-one has the device and as time ticks on they are getting harder to get.

 

it's a shame, cos it is a good phone, but I think we're stuck with the bits that ZTE give to us.

Anyone else think its unusual that I can get (and I've got) Android 4.4 on my original blade, yet we can't get beyond the stock rom on the ZTE Blade V.

 

This is not a criticism, just wondering what can be done to improve my Blade V.

Android 4 doesn't work well on a Blade 1 though (IMO)

Actually, I don't know about Kitkat but ICS and JB don't work well.

You have a hardware similar to that of the huawei g510, probably you might carry his roms.

It seems that ZTE N909 have kitkat 4.4.4.
It's almost the same as Blade V, so is there any posibility to port the rom for our phone? Anybody?

You are confused.  That is MIUI v5 release 4.4.4, not Android v4.4.4.

 

MIUI v5 is JellyBean.

FOR CM 11

Well guys , i managed to find a chineze CM11 rom for N909 and i ported it yesterday to Blade V.

But , though i'm happy because port is bootable and working , i have a serious problem ....

Phone does not detect sim card , so everything else seems to work , except calls and messaging .

I hope to find the issue , if it is not inside kernel's zimage , which i don't think.

Could you please upload the port anyways with the bandwidth problem,also is the camera and radio working,usually these are the bugs common in cm11 porting.

Well , it doesn't seem to me that is the same common bugs , it's something else which i will search it.

Anyway i send you a p.m. to test it.

FeelSoGood , allready test this rom and said everything is ok except sim card ( calls and messaging ).

Everything works, camera, radio, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi excepting sim card witch is not detected.. U cannot send calls or messages.. If anyone have any idea how to fix it just send a pm to gkalen...

KITKAT 4.4.4 FOR BLADE V IS READY.

THANKS TO , FeelSoGood for testing and now allready uses the updated 4.4.4 KitKat CM11.

Be patience and the new topic will be out in few days.

yes guys,thanks to gkalen we have now CM11(KK 4.4.4)for our ZTE Blade V.

I'm using right now and i cannot find common bugs(like fm radio,wi-fi or camera).Its a minore bugs with in changing the wallpaper of lock screen(its stopped working),excepting this everything work..

I just need a day to make a new topic and everybody you will test this rom.

I didn't made it for me only.

This is just a test release , more best things will coming soon.

The only bug founded , is that the opossite camera don't work , the main camera , video and panorama working perfect .

Hope in future releases we fix all things , still testing the rom .

Tomorrow , everybody will test KitKat .
