Does the latest p736v/e kernel support swap2int?

I've been a bit confused with the recent kernels, but I can't find anywhere, does the latest kernel on github support swap2int?

Also, has the new kernel released by ZTE (it fixes an internal memory issue) been merged with the latest kernel on git?
