how to find and flash Kernel

i want to flash a kernel for my phone how can i do this ? by cmd and zip file ? i cant flash image because after changing rom my phone is stuck on boot screen can you please tellme method of flashing kernel?? i dont know how to find kernel using franco kernel i have backed up kernel from previous rom also tell me how to find kernel using computer?? help me out Thanks
