Guest azerty52117 Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 Hi, I have deleted the "efs" folder in the system root, but now, my phone no longer reads my sim card and it have a unknown imei ! Can i repare this ? (Orange san diego, rom xolo with the "stock pack")
Guest BlueMoonRising Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 (edited) I'm guessing you mean the 'etc' folder (in English anyway ;) ), first question would be why on earth you would want to do that? You could either extract the folder from the Xolo rom and use adb to push the entire folder structure back to 'system' or maybe just flash the Xolo rom again. Edit :- this also presumes that what you call 'efs' is what we call 'etc'. Edited February 5, 2014 by BlueMoonRising

I guess he means EFS as in Samsung galaxy Devices with EFS partition containing IMEI & Mac address etc.,(another guess) but i dont think we have efs partition in our device. (Xolo X900 & OSD) I am still searching where IMEI is stored in our device though.
