Guest GaBBren Posted February 15, 2014 Report Posted February 15, 2014 I feel the volume is low for headphones. I can use max. volume and it is still a little low. I have a Xears earphone and i already ordered a new beyerdynamic dtx 71 ie. I tried PowerAMP, Jetaudio Plus, DFX Player, MAVEN Player and Neutron but it still feels lower than my previous android phone. Only app that made a little louder is called SpeakerBoost. Any solution to this? The phone is rooted.

The volume limit is so much lower on the Blade. Like you, I've tried different music apps without much success. Currently trying viper4Android which has a lot of positive conments on xda. Not convinced yet, but will persevere.

Guest jonnieD Posted May 18, 2020 Report Posted May 18, 2020 Just discovered this trick which gives a good boost for headphone volume: key in the dialler: *983*21# and click "Headset Mic" It runs the Audioloop Test and considerably boosts headphone volume.
