Headphones jack pops out

Hi guys, I have a problem with my old trusty ZTE Blade: any time I plug my headphones - koss porta w/o mic or the other headset with microphone, jack (standard 3 or 4 pin, 3.5mm) pops out a few mm unless you hold it firmly, just like described here: http://www.modaco.com/topic/358286-headphone-jack-pops-out/

 

Unfortunately replacing the phone is not an option, I wonder if someone already had this problem too.

I am not afraid of dismantling the phone or some soldering... any ideas, please?

Yeah i had this problem too, there was a bit of fluff stuck at the bottom of the headphone jack. Try getting a cocktail stick or a needle and scrape out the fluff. Did the job for me.
