Vodafone Smart 4 mini - £50

I bought the latest Vodafone budget model yesterday to replace the ancient LG Viewty [1].  Okay, it's plastic, plastic, plastic but it has a 4" screen and is fairly responsive when scrolling.  The call quality is okay - you can hear and be heard, but battery life is woeful probably because I was playing with it a lot and I suspect it will need frequent charging.  You can read more here: http://gadgetshow.channel5.com/gadget-show/gadget-news/vodafone-smart-4-mini

 

I shall be making a return to Android proper, following the failed dalliance with Blackberry, later in the year with a much higher specified phone.  I am watching the price of the HTC one mini, but it is not yet at a figure I would consider buying.
