Is this based on CM 9? Whats the ram usage? Normal ics ? And does contact transfering from sim work? Is this just themed cm 9?

Google play fc's , you can't import sim contacts (the option is grey'ed out) there's no app managment like "running apps" "apps on sdcard" and the hardware buttons are not responsive - only work then tapped twice.. The theming is great but the rom is completely unusable.
