can anyone settle the signal issue between blade3 and v889d

v889d have almost the same configure with blade3,but v889d is dual sim device, we can install all the rom of blade3,and it work well, but the only problem is that it have not signal, some romer have managed to make the cm10 of blade3 recieved signal but other rom can't, holp someone make it possible that v889d use all the rom of blade3 with signal
