Guest Nikola Sladić Posted August 31, 2014 Report Posted August 31, 2014 I'm using 4.2.2 slim bean version of android, and 2 months ago my huawei started to freeze, i just remove battery and insert it again. Then he started to shut down, and yesterday he shut down and i couldn't turn on, so i put him on charging and everything was just normal, but when i lock it, it just shut down. Sometimes i need to remove battery and put him on charging to turn on. Any solutions?
Guest Isa037 Posted August 31, 2014 Report Posted August 31, 2014 Can you go to bootloader? Reinsert the batery and press vol- and power button at the same time and hold them for 15sec. If this help you can reinstall rom, but this looks like your RAM is dead. Do you know do you have Xynix or Samsung memory? You have topics for this RAM problem. Apparently all Xynix based phones die after a year or so. I had this happen to my phone too. Lucky for me it was still under warranty.
Guest dalyer Posted August 31, 2014 Report Posted August 31, 2014 Just to clarify the Hynix v Samsung thing refers to the eMMC chip - not RAM. See here: http://www.modaco.com/topic/366014-a-warning-to-all-g300-owners-please-read-hynix-flash-memory-problem/
