simple rooting of ZTE kis 3 Android version

I've just bought this phone from virgin after losing my blade v,not much difference considering the price... but back to the subject..id like to take all the bloatware off, as far as I know rooting is the easiest way..is it possible on this phone?and how? I'd rather not change roms etc...cheers for the anticipated help
