Motion Control Steadycam system...needs control!

Folks,

 

A freind of mine has taken delivery of a custom steady cam system that requires a Android tablet to setup/adjust and control it remotely. The tablet needs to be Bluetooth 4 capable and only needs to be used for the sole purpose of the control app to setup and run the system So preferably a budget solution is preferred. Nothing fancy, just perfectly usable. We know of the usual tablet suspects but didnt know if there are any "no name" gems out there that would fit the bill.

 

It basically just has to be velcroed to the travel case for use on a shoot.

 

Any suggestions for diamonds in the rough?
