problem firmware Huawei G300

Hello guys .my phone just stay in logo mod wen i started .I have a problem with huawei G300-U8815 wen i pun any firmware on the SDcard (MemoryCard:\dload\UPDATE.app ) and open my phone Vol UP+vol down +power and put in download mode ....is don't loading and install that firmware ....i don't have a recovery mod to make resoft .......what is wrong ??? ( i don't know what firmware i need because this phone is of my mother .....i use all firmware on official site and nothing .....any help me .....sorry for my bad english , i don't speak ,but i understand ....tnx

Try a force update of stock B952 maybe?

I tried almost all firmware ..i don't know why don't charge it still 0%...u have another method to flash this phone ???i want to use this soft

PhoenixCard v3.06 but i don't find img on this phone ....( i used this firmware u have in photo)
