How on earth do I take a screenshot? No help on the Tesco website and I am extremely confused.

Is there any way to do it without a third party app?

It works fine on my hudl 2. Have you held the volume down button + power button for at least 5 seconds? When testing it on mine it takes 3 seconds from holding buttons down to take picture of screen.

It just either goes to switch off the tab or change the volume

It works for sure. Have tried several devices, even the trial one in store does it...
