Philips W3500 need rom port

hello all i am looking for a custom rom and a custom recovery...i would like to flash android 4.4.4 or any other kitkat or why not lollipop...i also need a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM... because there is no custom recovery available for it...the phone has a Mediatek mt6582 chipset....it would be great if someone could port a rom for it
