Music Art does not appear for child profiles

I noticed tonight that when copying music via usb from my pc (mp3 files) that if I copy them to the music folder in my sons child profile I don't get any music art but I do if I copy it to the root profile. I have 2 other hudls for my other childern and the same behaviour is exhibited. . I'm using the Play Music app. Any ideas ??
