Guest p2baa Posted December 23, 2014 Report Posted December 23, 2014 My Gemini GEMQ1002 is frozen on the start up screen. It won't go beyond it, so I can't do anything. I've looked at the instructions for resetting and downloaded the PAD Product Tool, however my laptop won't recognise the tablet, so I can't flash it. Any suggestions?
