Guest TinaEire Posted January 26, 2015 Report Posted January 26, 2015 (edited) You need: A rooted Y550 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/to-root-huawei-y500-t2923318/post57359697) a theme manager of your choice (I use Nova ) access to the system folder (I use root browser) After the the installation of a theme manager, it will run only for a while and then the EMUI takes control again. Unfortunately Huawei does not allow to deactivate this app: go to /system/app and look for HwLauncher6.apk rename it to something e.g. HwLauncher6.apk.old Reboot your Y550 and then: No more EMUI. I cannot say if this will work with the G620s but most likely it will. If someone with a G620s is willing to test it.. ;) Edited January 26, 2015 by TinaEire
