Sky go on hdmi out?

I got a chromecast the other day hoping to watch sky go with it but then realised it doesn't work cus Sky block it. Does anyone know if it's the same for hdmi out or does that work fine?

Using Google search brings up the same question and answer. It seems Sky block all rooted devices and outputs (Chromecast and HDMI out) to prevent their content being copied.

Ok thanks. That sucks. HDMI out works from my laptop on sky go so I don't know why they have to block it on tablets
