I need change sd card for internal memory for install app in SD, because internal memory is low (Only free 499MB on Lollipop ROM) ¿Help me?

That doesn't make any sense. CM12 (only Lollipop ROM) already has external sdcard set as primary storage. Adding an internal sdcard would make the situation only worse. Internal sdcard would be emulated on the /data partition (/data/media) and you'd have even less space for your apps. Setting an emulated sdcard as primary storage would also disable moving apps to any sdcard (there's not much point in moving them within the /data partition ;)).

 

You could use a Windows flasher to update Android and Kis 3 partition layout. This would give you about as twice as big /data partition (~1gb vs. ~1.9gb).
