Guest CPN200 Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Check that he's using the "Your Password" on his "CONNECT" card and NOT the "Your PIN"...
Guest pryddie Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Check that he's using the "Your Password" on his "CONNECT" card and NOT the "Your PIN"... Hi mate thanks for the reply. So is this setting on his hudl or router please Many thanks for your help I will get him to check. Thanks
Guest CPN200 Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 The password he uses on his Hudl needs to be exactly the same as that which is set for the WiFi link on his router, which, if he hasn't changed it, will be the one that appears (usually ALL CAPITALS) under "Your Password" on the card he first got from Sky.
Guest pryddie Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Ok mate I'm with you now sorry. He reckons it worked fine until last week. Will ask him anyway Thanks mate
Guest Ouzy Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Turn the router on and off, this happens to me regularly for no known reason. Good luck
Guest CPN200 Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Good shout! When all else fails, reboot! ;)
Guest pryddie Posted June 2, 2015 Report Posted June 2, 2015 Thanks guys. True enough that sometimes you can't be the old reboot method. I will pass it on
