Skate won't boot and recovery vol keys don't respond FIXED *see fix*

Hey guys i have a problem with my skate
i was installing a new rom backed up my old one and tried to boot but it won't and when i try to go to recovery volume keys don't work
Is there a way to fix?

With great help of my friend http://www.modaco.com/user/1037101-pop92/   we fixed it

To fix recovery not responding to volume keys try booting the phone with power vol+ and the home button
