Disappearing app icons

Hi, each time I switch my hudl2 back on some of they homepage icons disappear. Does anyone else get this? For example I can put iPlayer on homepage or side bar and its gone if I reboot. I do have it moved to the SD card, could that cause it?

Other apps I have in folders will be there sometimes after I reboot but not others

I am using lastest software and have not rooted it. Thanks for any input

If you're still using the default 'My Tesco' launcher it's a known feature/bug. 1st thing to do is go to Settings / About Tablet / Hudl Updates and ensure you're on the latest software by clicking 'Check now'. 

If you're on the latest build, I'd still go with the default launcher being the issue - you can test this by installing a different launcher from the Google Play store and selecting that as your default launcher and see if the issue continues - I'd suggest it probably won't.

Tesco are aware of the issue and say either they're working on it or it should have been fixed in previous updates......
