Guest Simon O Posted September 14, 2015 Report Posted September 14, 2015 (edited) Paul has made a useful app for doing this which is much easier. Grab it from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.olabs.h7simicon Quick and easy fix for this until Honor fix it properly with an update.1) Install the application QuickShortcutMaker from the Google Play Store to your Honor 7 (link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sika524.android.quickshortcut )2) Change the 'Incremental Search' option to the top to 'Normal search' then type 'SignalIconStyle' into the search box. It should give you one result for the Settings app (com.android.settings)3) Tap the 'com.android.settings/com.android.settings.SignalIconStyle' result then tap 'Try' to run the activity. It will hide the second SIM icon.I don't have a Honor 7 myself yet but this has been tested by Paul O'Brien and it works. Not sure if it'll survive a reboot though.
