gemini gd 7007 table model wont boot up, stuck in loading sequence

hi

having trouble booting up this tablet after updating mobdro software, So have tried to following:

removed mobdro,

removed all applications,

removed and reinstored factory settings.

turned off.

turned tablet back on and now is booting up then turning off and looping system. not getting to load any information or wifi setting etc.

want else can we do to resolve the problem.

Tablet is running 4.1 android software.

i also am having similar issues as Lyn *Hi Lyn* :) 

 I also have a Gemini tablet that keeps re starting, It need factory reset but have found the link i bookmarked to use at a later date in the online user guide no longer works in the Dropbox down loader thingie !!

I'm new to this forum thing so i hope this is the correct way to ask for help .... im usually not the type of person to let something like this to beat me ... But Im baffled ... appreciate any help on being able to do this restore ... i have a memory chip ready
