Running Apps & Back Buttons?

Compared with all my other Android devices, the Running Apps & Back Buttons on either side of the Home button are the wrong way round.

Can this be fixed?

Huh? "Running Apps" should be on the right "Back" should be on the left? If your "other Android devices" don't have them this way round, then it is THEY that are wrong! (compared to vanilla android)

They are all Samsung.
