very bad sound, sound distorted.

HI . my loudspeaker is very bad. I hear low and distorted sound.

I replaced a new speaker and still the same problem.

changed into Inew v3 Rom , still no big change. 

tried with viper4android, nothing .

at mobileuncletools the loudspeaker volume is at 180! and I can't even decrease it . it goes back all the time to 180 when I try to change the max volume.
