Guest Hopelessness Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 (edited) Hi all,I picked up a 'refurbished' Hudl 2 from Tesco on eBay, which arrived today. Lovely bit of kit - however there is a band an inch tall all the way across the screen which is unresponsive to touch. Here's a video (not mine) which shows what it's doing, my unresponsive band is in the same place as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrpAm0spx7QI would really like to keep this tablet, as they are now hard to get hold of! Tesco has no stock to replace it with so have only offered me a refund. Has anybody had anything like this, or know how to fix it?I'm trying to get it to update to see if it's software related, but it insists my device is up to date (it's not.)Many thanks in advance, all. Guest Captain Cookster Posted November 4, 2015 Report Posted November 4, 2015 (edited) You could try a calibration tool from the play store and see if that helps identify or correct the issue. Unfortunately Android doesn't seem to have one built in?More than likely the screens faulty by the sounds of it. Especially if it is still the same after a hard resetThe best of luck with that mate. Hope you get it fixed Edited November 4, 2015 by Captain Cookster
