Making Phone calls.....

Hi guys got a problem with my SU6,every time I make or receive a call the person on the other end cant hear me? i've tried factory reset but this didn't fix the problem. 

The phone is unlocked and is on the giffgaff o2 network.

Microphone is faulty, tried recording the radio, it recorded very quiet took the phone back to asda straight swop no problem.
