hudl 2 close screen

Hi,

bit of an odd question - but my kids hudl used to "close / stand by" like an old tv turning off (shrink from top and bottom into the middle) something she really liked - but since it updated it doesn't do it any more. Anyone know how to get it back to how it was before??

Unfortunately, this screen off animation, much like an old CRT television, was part of Kit Kat and was dropped by Google in favor of the new screen fade out that's used in Lollipop. Unless your rooted i'm afraid there's no way to change it.
