GD Q50 Android Smartphone help

Hello. I have a GD (Gemini Devices) Q50 Amdroid Smartphone which was bought for me as a christmas present last year (2014) from idealworld.tv. The issue i've started having the last month or 2 is with the battery. It's started coming loose at the bottom and the bottom right hand corner of the back cover wont click in properly. It's never done this till recently. I'm thinking i need a new battery but i cant seem to find one aywhere :/ Can anyone please help me out? Thanks!
