no linux distros will not install!!!!

Hi guys i have a bit of a problem.. 

Its to do with the app linux deploy...

Well what happens is that when i try and install ubuntu it unpacks and configures the base system but then it comes up with "unable to configure base system" and comes up with tons of junk that i dont care about if you are wondering what i am on about see screenshot below

P.S: i have a samsung galaxy pocket neo
