DZ09 vs Q7S: A Comparison of Smartwatches with MTK6260A Chipset

So we havve spent a few days with the DZ09 and the Q7S smartwatches. They are pretty close to each other spec wise: the same old MTK6260A Chipset which supports 4-band 2G Network, Bluetooth 3.0 for the notifications, 64 Mb Ram plus 128 Mb Rom, 240 x 240 screen...
