Turkish 5.1.1 to UK 5.1.1 questions.

Okay, I know people say there's no point in flashing the UK 5.1.1 when the Turkish one is the same, but I would feel more satisfied with the UK version because I live here ;) Okay, here they are:

1) Can I flash from the Turkish 5.1.1 straight to the UK 5.1.1?

2) If I need to get the UK 5.0.2 first, should I download the ROM or the OTA?

3) Once I've flashed the UK 5.0.2 (if I have to) should I flash the UK 5.1.1 ROM or the OTA?

4) If I have to flash the UK 5.0.2 ROM first, should I download the MR01D or MR10B build?

Hopefully this will clear my confusion up.
