Any hope of Marshmallow/ 6.0?

Hello all.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, I have looked but never found much about it.

I know with a locked bootloader custom roms are pretty much ruled out and I think Vodafone have said no to Marshmallow so its looking bleak.

I have found a site describing how to upgrade but it looks shady as all holy hell.

So any words of encouragement or are we a no go on upgrades?

Our bootloader is not unlocked only crippled we have custom recovery and a very bugged cm12

Vodafone have not said "no" to Marshmallow, in fact quite the oposite as they have it in testing. If they release it (next year) would be up to the bean-counters however as it depends on whether they're pushing something else.

Well thats something! Im sure I read on the forum that there werent going to port it over.

Fingers crossed that they or someone else manages to get custom roms running, I used to love messing with roms on my Moto G
