There's any hope to make a custom rom for this ECS intel x86 tablet?

Hi, i got a intel x86 tablet, the model is ECS TR10RS1, and it's have an intel atom Z3735F quad core 1.33GHZ processor.

I really want to know if its possible to install windows 8.1 or 10 (in the official intel webpage say that is compatible with 8.1) but there's got some problems to install

According to what I read, says allowing images efi 32-bit but not 64, although it has x 64 processor. It has its bios and boot can be from using an antitip hub usb keyboardalso.

But it could not boot nor android x 86 or windows.

Someone has done or has any idea if you can make?
