Guest brackehill_mob Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 Anyone else finding that 1 on the phone keypad throws an error to check settings rather than dialling voicemail? I'm on Three UK and the number in settings is correct. But I can't change it to anything else - if I try I get a message to contact my operator. Does anyone know how to change the voicemail number using MMI codes or failing that, where Lollipop stores the voicemail number? TIA
Guest ohyesman Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 Dialer, settings, call settings, voicemail - option to change number is there.

Guest Frostyjim Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 (edited) I've the same problem on iD Ireland. Edited December 21, 2015 by Frostyjim
Guest brackehill_mob Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 I've the same problem on iD Ireland. OK so I'm not alone. Now to debug. Do you know if your phone has the locked system setup? If you're not rooted you won't know ;)

I've mine rooted and unlocked, the lot, never had any problems rooting etc. Its most likely down to the networks we're on, Have you tried doing this with a sim from the same network in a different phone? This problem had only occurred since the 5.1.1 update. It was fine before. Putting my sim in another phone works correctly. It's a software issue I'm fairly sure.
Guest ohyesman Posted December 24, 2015 Report Posted December 24, 2015 I'm on 5.1.1 (uk) and no problems at all. U tried a factory reset?
