Need help getting mobile data working on EE

Got my SU6 unlocked and it's working with my EE SIM, however it is not getting a 4G signal (I definitely have 4G coverage) and mobile data is not working.

I've trawled the internet and have also been on the phone with EE, but to no avail.

These are the APN settings (as provided by EE) I'm using:

Name: EE Internet
APN: everywhere
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: eesecure
Password: secure
Server: Not set
MMSC: Not set
MMS Proxy: Not set
MMS Port: Not set
MCC: 234
MNC: 30
Authentication Type: PAP
APN Type: default
APN Protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified

 

Anyone else on here on EE and able to help?

Do u have 3g data??

I'm on o2 but I had to ring and request they activate 4g on my sim

They tried to find phone, couldn't, said might not work, activated it and works fine (as it should as has relevant bands)

I don't have any data at all unfortunately.

The SIM was previously in an iPhone 5 and operating on 4G.

I thought you could send an SMS to 150 with the contents "FIXME" ?

Unfortunately that just sends me an SMS back telling me how to check my balance, roaming status, my number, bill, etc.

Just spoke with EE again and they've pushed some sort of update to the phone which has fixed it.
