Guest dj1891 Posted January 22, 2016 Report Posted January 22, 2016 I bought one of these when they first came out, despite the great price I found the phone to sluggish and had to many niggles on 5.0.1 so sold it. My current phone GS4 has died and am thinking about one of these again. I understand 5.1 has been released, how is performance now? Is it worth going back? Would I notice much difference performance wise between this and my S4 which to be fair ran crap on Lollipop.
Guest Textman Posted January 22, 2016 Report Posted January 22, 2016 It runs very well honestly. The only times it lags is on certain apps (2/100). And if you avoid Xposed, yeah. Pretty smashing for the price.
Guest jason zardecki Posted January 27, 2016 Report Posted January 27, 2016 Have to agree with Textman, bought this a few weeks ago coming from a nexus 4. This feels like a good upgrade. Noticeably faster all round apart from scrolling on certain pages. Battery life is amazing with the Doze app installed and configured to my liking. The only two apps I have had problems with is plants v zombies (no big deal) and zona project X which cuts out on the 3rd level ( more of a deal as I like that game) Apart from that I am not missing my n4 at all. Fantastic bargain. The sound is good with viper4android also ( bonus). Wouldn't go back to a smaller phone now.
