Fastboot Troubles

I'm using this guide to install CWM for my KIS 3 Max, I got into bootloader and fastboot devices displays my device fine, when I go to boot into recovery.img it says "booting..." in the command window but the phone does nothing. The display says "USB Transmission OK" on the phone but still nothing happens. Am I missing a driver? I've already installed the ZTE Handset drivers from the phone itself, what am I missing?
