Hudl 2 urgent fastboot help

Hello,

I have received a hudl2 and I wanted to get past the update nag, so I removed root, this didnt help and now I cant use the apps that get past it, 

My fastboot/Droidboot is also just not working as windows cmd fastboot doesn't detect it but device manager does (tried all kinds of drivers.)

Any help would be appreciated

 I had a similar problem and my solution does not need a PC.
