ZTE Blade Q Mini - microphone is very quiet

Hi,

People cannot hear me through the on-board mic (normal phone use) but can through Bluetooth headset.

Skype is the same.

The funny thing is the Voice Recorder works OK, so it can't be the microphone.

I have reset the phone but unfortunately that didn't resolve the problem

Anyone know if this is a common problem or fix or is it permanent.
