Always "Data Roaming" on home network

Hi everyone

My UK purchased and unlocked (UK ROM) smart ultra 6 is showing "data roaming" all the time when at home in Ireland 

Is there any way to fix this ? ( OTA Irish ROM over my current 5.1.1 UK rom maybe ?)

The correct question because the rom he's got installed has nothing to do with it. It's to do with the carrier thinking he's (correctly or not) that they're out of country..
