zte kis 3 how to go to stock, need help

Hi, so i used konstat's tutorials and i still do, but i used his tutorial to install cwm and flash cm12.1. And now i wanna go back to stock, but my backup is on pc and i have no access to it. So, ive seen his stock roms and downloaded. I've seen in the PDF file i need stock recovery to flash it but i have clock work mod recovery. Is there a way to flash update.zip with cwm?
