How can i unlock bootloader of my phone?

Hello everyone! 

I want to unlock my phone's bootloader, which is locked now. My phone is HUAWEI ASCEND Y330-U11. I searched everywhere i could, but i didn't find the exact  solution of my problem.  I'm here to ask help about the matter. Is there anyone who can help me on it? Hello, im having the same problem, but with a samsung galaxy win GT-I8550L. Everyone keeps sending me to get the "Modaco Superboot Files" Wich im unable to find anywhere, and i dont really get what they mean by thouse =/
