Dead smart ultra 6

Seemed to take a while to switch off last nigh, I ignored it, plugged in charger and went to bed. This morning phone won't start, blue circle " Home Key" flashing but not responding or switching on........any ideas appreciated.

Hold vol up and power buttons for 30 seconds or more. It should boot up after.
